Terms and Conditions ECUS will invoice you or your organisation prior to the start of the course. Terms strictly on receipt of cleared funds 2 weeks prior to commencement date of the course. Delegate certificates and post-course information will be sent out after successful completion of the course and once payment is received. No contract is formed until the order is accepted by ECUS Ltd, payment cleared and confirmation sent to the customer. Booking confirmation is sent via email. The automated acknowledgement does not mean that the order has been accepted. Payment must be received prior to course attendance. ECUS reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received. ECUS reserves the right to retain 15% of course fees for any delegate places which are cancelled within two weeks of the course start date. Cancellations must be made in writing. ECUS reserves the right to retain 100% of course fees for any delegates who do not attend the course without informing ECUS in writing. Pre-course information will be sent to each delegate within 7 days of receipt of the booking form (for late bookings efforts will be made to get information to the delegate prior to the course commencing). ECUS will make all efforts to ensure that courses run as programmed. Should, through adverse conditions, it become necessary to cancel a course, ECUS will reschedule to meet its obligations to the delegates.
