ECUS Ltd is looking for an experienced CMLI with a minimum of five years chartered experience to lead our landscape unit.
We have an excellent track record in many aspects of landscape architecture including landscape character assessment, LVIA, masterplanning, feasibility studies, historic landscape work, all types of landscape design (including urban design, urban regeneration, park restoration, new development) and landscape management.
You will take responsibility for developing and leading the landscape team and be required to:
• Develop our profile with potential clients;
• Acquire new work through marketing, promotion, competitive tendering and links with other professionals;
• Execute all landscape consultancy work to a very high standard, applying quality assurance procedures;
• Contribute to the senior management team of ECUS in developing the companies future strategy and systems.
• Work with other teams in ECUS to promote the multi-disciplinary nature of the practice and contribute to relevant projects;
• Supervise the work of junior staff, contributing to the development of their professional skills;
On a personal level the successful applicant will be a self starter, well motivated and able to use their own initiative in securing and progressing a wide range of landscape contracts. Good communication skills are essential for both internal and external relationships. Our workload is dynamic and there are good career possibilities for the right team player.
