quantitative risk assessment

ECUS Ltd use the latest guidance provided by various research organisations to apply a range of quantitative risk assessment techniques. Our main aim is avoid costly remediation, or at least to minimise remediation costs and timescales as much as possible.

Our in-house risk assessors use a range of specialist risk assessment tools to calculate contamination risks to:

  • Human health
  • Groundwater
  • Surface water
  • Property
  • Ecological receptors

Quantitative risk assessments are focused around the analysis results and conceptual site model (CSM) formulated during the site investigation.

We use the latest guidance provided by DEFRA, the Environment Agency, CIRIA and other research organisations.

For more information about quantitative risk assessment, please read our quantitative risk assessment case study.
