Our team has a strong ecology and heritage focus, working with a range of clients including national infrastructure developers, government agencies, utilities companies, smaller developers, local authorities, statutory nature conservation bodies, and environmental charities.

Members of the ecology team hold many protected species survey licences, including various bat species, great crested newts, rare reptiles, hazel dormice, barn owls, and water voles.

Lunchtime bird watching is a hotly contested staff competition, while the annual mince pie tasting competition in the run-up to Christmas is a festive highlight.
