The Basingstoke team
Our team has a strong ecology and heritage focus, working with a range of clients including nationally significant infrastructure developers, Government agencies, utilities companies, smaller developers, local authorities, the statutory nature conservation bodies and environmental charities.
Members of the ecology team hold many protected species survey licences, including various bat species, great crested newt, rare reptiles, hazel dormice, barn owl and water vole and have held mitigation licences ranging in scale from nationally significant to residential projects for bats, great crested newts, dormice and water vole.
The lunchtime bird watching is hotly contested by the staff whilst the annual mince pie tasting competition in the run-up to Christmas is a yearly highlight.
